AudJet is provided as-is, free of charge, for personal use. By using the service you agree to the terms below.

1. Personal use only

AudJet is intended for individual, non-commercial use. Using the service to bulk-download content, build a competing service, or republish content commercially is not permitted.

2. Your responsibility under copyright law

Copyright law varies by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AudJet complies with the law where you live and where you intend to use the downloaded files.

In particular:

  • Personal listening of public videos is widely tolerated but not universally legal. Check your jurisdiction.
  • Redistribution of downloaded files (uploading elsewhere, sharing publicly, selling) is copyright infringement and may carry significant penalties.
  • Commercial use of copyrighted music (including in your own videos, podcasts, or content) requires licensing from the rights holder.
  • Circumventing access controls (DRM, paywalls) may violate the DMCA or equivalent laws in your jurisdiction.

AudJet is a tool. How you use it is on you.

3. Rate limits

Free tier is limited to 3 requests per 10 minutes per IP address, and 15 minutes maximum video duration per request. These limits exist to keep the service available for everyone. Attempting to circumvent them (via VPN rotation, IP cycling, etc.) may result in temporary or permanent IP blocking.

4. No warranty

AudJet is provided "as-is" with no warranty of any kind. The service may be unavailable, slow, or produce unexpected results. We make no commitment about uptime, file quality, or continued availability.

5. No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the AudJet operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without notice. We may block individual users or IP ranges for abuse without warning.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 14 days. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

8. Severability

If any part of these terms is found invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder remains in effect.

9. Governing law

AudJet is operated anonymously and provides no specific jurisdiction. Disputes between you and the operator are extraordinarily unlikely to be enforceable in any meaningful way; please act accordingly.
